Notice of the publication of the Tunbridge Wells Borough Local Plan
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has published the Pre-Submission version of its Local Plan, which sets out proposed planning policies for development in the borough up to 2038.
It can be viewed, together with its Sustainability Appraisal, Statement of Representations Procedure, and other supporting documents, on the Council’s website at https://tunbridgewells.gov.uk/planning/planning-policy/local-plan.
It is also available for public inspection, by prior appointment only (by phoning 01892 554056), at Tunbridge Wells Gateway, 8 Grosvenor Road, Royal Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2AB. The Gateway is open from 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday).
There is a ten-week period during which time representations may be made. Only representations made in writing using the standard representation form (including electronically) and received within this period, which runs from 9.00am on 26 March to 5.00pm on 4 June 2021, will be considered.
