The contractor will be returning tomorrow 27th August, to carry out remedial works to Maidstone Road, Matfield.
They are hoping to take just one day to complete these works but may need to come in on 28th if there are any delays.

Once the remedial works have settled down (probably next week), the contractor will return to do a thorough sweep, including the footways and junctions.

KCC will leave the loose chipping signs up until the remedial works have properly bedded in to inform drivers to take care.
