Since 01 April 2017 TWBC publicise applications for planning permission and listed building consent by Site Notice only. Letters are no longer sent to neighbouring properties (except for “larger household prior notifications”).

You can register your details on the Council’s website and set up an “area of search” to be notified by email of any applications on neighbouring properties, or within a particular road or area of the Borough
